If you fail to pick your key up during open office hours and reserved the gym on a weekend or weeknight you forfeit your gym time with no refund.

There is a $100 refundable deposit for the facility key, due when the key is picked up. Cash only. The key must be returned to the CYB office within 48 hours. A drop box is located outside of the Youth Bureau office. A lost key will incur a $300 replacement fine.

The gym is under 24 hour surveillance. Entering the gym without a reservation is trespassing.

The CYB reserves the right to cancel, with refund or reschedule, your reservation due to CYB programming needs.

Shelter in Place - The emergency response of keeping employees and guests in the building and providing them with shelter when it is deemed safer to remain inside rather than to be evacuated. Normal activities may continue inside the building.
