The Upstate Lacrosse Association (ULA) is one of the largest youth lacrosse leagues in the United States. The League provides an excellent opportunity for its youth to learn and develop their skills, play organized and competitive games and have fun playing lacrosse with their peers.
Practices: 3/4 and 5/6 grade conferences will hold pre-season practices in late April or early May. Practices will be held in Homer and Cortland. 7/8 grade will hold practices after the Jr. High season ends in June. Once games begin, the practice schedules will be reduced. Practice days will follow the game schedule below, with an additional weekly practice scheduled if needed.
Game Days: Games begin the week of June 16th. Games will be held in the 'southern' division of ULA to reduce the weekly travel requirement on families. Cortland, Ithaca, Tully, Dryden, Homer, LaFayette and Auburn are common host sites.
3/4 grade: Mondays
5/6 grade: Tuesdays
7/8 grade: Wednesdays
Uniform samples are available at the CYB office for sizing.
